How Autoshipping Works


Save When You Autoship

To save, just click the Autoship Subscribe & Save button in the shopping cart. You’ll get to choose the frequency of your shipments.

» Save 15% choose from one of these options: every 2 weeks or 1 per month.

» Save 10% choose from one of these options: every 6 weeks, every 2 months, or every 3 months.

Done And Done!

Your order will ship automatically on the schedule you’ve chosen, so you don’t have to worry about running out or remembering to re-order when your supply runs low.

Your auto shipment can be paused or canceled at any time with just one click. Easy peasy!

COMMON QUESTIONS


To start your autoship subscription select the auto shipment button in your shopping cart during checkout. From here you will be able to choose the frequency you would like your Pacific Roots products to ship. Then sign in or create an account before completing the purchase.

Your orders will continue to be processed on auto shipment from your desired frequency on the date you placed your initial order. Your credit card will be charged within one business day before the initial order date and your products will ship within 2 business days from the initial order date. Auto shipment products will be automatically shipped every: 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 weeks, 2 months, or 3 months based on the frequency you choose. The same credit card will be charged on every order.

Log into your account profile and update the credit card or address information on the account. Please keep in mind that the updates MUST occur no later than 24 hours (or one full business day) prior to the next expected payment date. If your payment is scheduled to be made over a weekend or on a Monday, the credit card or address information MUST be updated no later than Thursday night at 11:59 pm Eastern Time. If your card is scheduled to be charged on a holiday, any changes MUST be made at least one full business day prior to the scheduled charge.

Log into your account profile and update the product subscription information. In order to ensure the change is effective before your next scheduled autoship date, you MUST make the change a minimum of one full business day prior to the scheduled payment date.

Your autoship subscription MUST be canceled at least TWO full business days prior to the next payment date, otherwise that shipment will go out as planned.

Pacific Roots guarantees you will get the best price on your autoship subscriptions. If you find a better deal on one of the Pacific Roots products we ship to you, just send us an email at info@pacificroots.com providing the name and address on your account detailing the discount and where you found it. We will gladly refund that dollar difference amount to you in the form of a credit for a future order.

No. Shipping is free on all orders over $100. Orders under our minimum for free shipping will be charged current shipping rates.

The initial order will be charged when the order is placed. The auto shipment orders will be charged within one business day before the initial order date based on your shipping frequency.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  • The autoship discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, bulk discounts, or special offers without first contacting info@pacificroots.com. These types of double discounts are not available or approved. However, Pacific Roots will match the highest discount being offered when you contact us.
  • The free product will be sent to you on the 9th consecutive (without pausing or canceling) autoship order. Any pausing or canceling of auto shipping disqualifies you from the free product offer.
  • The 9th free product offer is for the product of the month ONLY. The free product on any given month is NOT chosen by the buyer, but rather a Pacific Roots company wide offering and is the same product for ALL customers. Any issues please contact info@pacificroots.com.
